Eric S. Ratliff, CFP®
Eric’s childhood experiences sparked his curiosity with money. Two decades of professional experience shaped his vision – to provide a financial advisor experience centered around you, not the other way around.
In May of 2022 he left a large bank to become an Independent Financial Advisor. His goal is to provide confidence in your strategies and wealth plan. He does this by limiting the number of clients he serves to provide clients with more time and accessibility in person or remote, a broader product base, best-in-class money managers along with more detailed advice and planning.

Justin Hulett, CFP®, ChFC®, RICP®
Justin is the President of V&E Wealth Management and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with over 20+ years of financial services experience. Justin specializes in developing comprehensive financial strategies that seek to align goals and expectations into a personalized game plan that is unique for every client.
Justin is an avid sports fan, listing baseball and golf as his two favorite. He has been a Detroit Tiger season ticket holder since 2007, hoping to see another World Series win in his lifetime! Golf is Justin’s other passion, with a goal to play a round of golf in every state in the country.
Justin and his wife Lindsay have two children, Vivienne and Easton. As a family they enjoy traveling to new destinations and teaching their children about the world and different cultures.
